为了研究水泥基复合材料中氯离子的结合规律,通过试验研究和理论分析得到PVA纤维水泥基中自由氯离子和结合氯离子关系,对于不同材料的水泥基,氯离子的结合规律也不相同。氯离子的结合关系会受到不同情况的影响,其中包括所处环境的温度和pH值,还有氯离子的浓度以及水泥基内部组成结构。结果表明:水泥基中自由氯离子和结合氯离子之间的关系随着浸泡时间的增加总体呈现线性增长趋势,纤维掺量的不同对于自由氯离子和结合氯离子的关系没有太大影响。
In order to study the combination of chlorine ion in cement - based composite materials, PVA fiber cement base is obtained by experimental research and theoretical analysis of the relationship between free chloride ion and chloride ion binding, for different ce- ment base material, the combination of chlorine ion law is not the same. Combination of chloride ions will be under the influence of dif- ferent conditions,including the environment of temperature and pH value ,and the concentration of chloride ion and inner structure of cement base.The results show that the cement base free chlorine ion and chloride ion binding of the relationship between the linear in- crease with the increase of immersion time general trend, different fiber content for free chlorine ion and chloride ion binding will not much affect the relationshin.
