基于电解液中激光吸收、散射特性的分析,对532nm绿光、1 064nm红外激光,在不同浓度、温度、流速的动态弱酸性电解液中能量衰减规律进行研究.结果显示:激光在分析纯盐电解液中传输的能量衰减量低于在工业盐电解液中能量的衰减量,并且与纯水中传输的能量损失相近;温度及电解液流速对激光能量衰减的影响不大;绿光激光在弱酸性电解液中能量衰减以散射为主,而红外激光在其中传输时能量损失以吸收为主.
Laser is widely manufacturing industry. Based on laser studies in weak acid electrolyte transmission characteristics and the electrolyte of laser absorption and scattering theory, by testing the energy attenuation of 532 nm g〉. 1064 nm red laser green light at different concentration, temperature, flow velocity and dynamic energy attenuation regularity in weak acidic electrolyte are studied and the results show that the laser propagation in the analysis of pure sodium salt of energy attenuation than transmission in the industrial sodium salt electrolyte energy attenuation and smaller transmission energy loss in the pure water, temperature and velocity of electrolyte on the laser energy attenuation effect is not big, visible green laser energy attenuation in the weak acid sodium salt electrolyte is given priority to with scattering and the infrared laser is given priority to with absorption.
