目的对比研究皮类、茎木类及果实种子类药材煮散与传统饮片的煎煮效果,为煮散的研究、生产及推广应用提供参考。方法选取7味皮类药材、3味茎木类药材及9味果实种子类药材为研究对象,将其制成煮散,对比分析煮散与饮片传统煎煮水煎液中有效成分的含量及干膏率。结果首先,煮散水煎液(10倍量水,煎煮10min)的干膏率及有效成分煎出量均不低于饮片的传统煎煮(10倍量水,煎煮50min);其次,不同用药部位的饮片,其煮散水煎液化学成分含量和干膏率与传统煎煮相比的比值差异较大,这主要是由于不同药材的质地和组织结构不同所致。结论从药学角度来看,传统饮片制成煮散,可以节省药材以维护药材资源的可持续发展,同时煮散还具有节省能源、方便患者使用以及保证取样均匀的优点,应当对煮散开展系统的研究。
Objective To compare the extraction efficiency of boiling powders and traditional herbal pieces of cortex herbs,stem herbs,fruit and seed herbs,and to provide a reference for the research,production and application of boiling powders.Methods 7kinds of bark herbs,3kinds of stem herbs,9kinds of fruit and seed herbs were chosen as the researh objects and were crushed into boiling powders.The contents of the active ingredients and dry extract rate in water decoction were set as the index to compare the extraction efficiency.Results Firstly,the dry extract rate and the concentrations of ingredients in the decoction of boiling powders(10times of water,decoction time 10min)were not less than those in the traditional decoction of herbal pieces(10times of water,decoction time 50min);Secondly,the ratio of chemical constituents and the ratio of dry paste were all quite different between the boiling powders and the herbal pieces of cortex herbs,stem herbs,fruit and seed herbs because of the differences of texture and the size of the medicinal materials.Conclusion The boiling powders can save a lot of medicinal herbs,which is beneficial to the sustainable development of medicinal material resources,and can save energy,facilitate the patients,and ensure the sample uniformity.The boiling powders should be studied further.
