“中医不传之秘在药量”，方药剂量直接影响中医药临床疗效。开展方药量效关系研究的目标在于指导临床合理用量。提高中医药临床疗效。理论上，拟形成“以医为本的随证施量策略”和“以药为本的量效关系规律”构建方药剂量理论：参考现代西药量效关系研究模式。在方法学研究上创新性提出以临床疗效评价为中心，以药少而精、药专力宏的示范性经方为载体，建立多学科、多层次、多种技术手段等集成的方药量效关系研究方法体系，以全面、系统地阐释方药量效关系。
英文摘要：
The dose of traditional Chinese Medicine is a secret and the prescription dose directly affects the clinical efficacy of Chinese Medicine. An important aim of doseeffect relationship is to guide the rational consumption, improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese Med- icine. Theoretically, the study is aim to form a theory of prescription dose theory consisting of a strategy of different dosage of different syndrome based on doctors and a rule of dose-effect relationship based on herbs. In the methodology, consulting the dose-effect study model of modern western medicine, the study will put forward to a multi subject, multi-level, multi technology integrated dose-effect study system method that centered on clinical effect evaluation, taken the demonstration classical prescriptions that having less herbs but more effect as carrier to explain prescription dose-effect relationship fully and systematically.
