Oncolytic adenovirus is an adenovirus whose partial biological characteristics is changed through the genetic engineering.It offers a new method of treating bladder cancer,because it can replicates and proliferates in the bladder cancer cell and fragments the cell at the end.In order to make it has better specificity,targeting and safety,people construct many kinds of oncolytic adenovirus by changing single gene or multiple gene or inserting specific promoters to take researches of treating bladder cancer.Although it remains lots of problems,but a certain achievements have been accomplished.
