首先,对比了Windows,DOS,Linux在实时性和多任务方面的优劣,针对引起转子系统不稳定的原因,结合控制理论开发实时控制系统,并评价了控制系统的性能。通过对比发现,施加阻尼和交叉刚度都能很好地控制转子振动,但是施加交叉刚度的控制方式,由于直接消除了导致系统不稳定的交叉刚度,所以有更好的系统稳定性,调整时间更短,振荡次数更少。同时采用模糊PID控制算法,提高了控制系统的智能化水平,降低了能耗。
First of all, Windows, DOS and Linux are being compared in their real- time and multitasking performance. According to the mecha- nism that causes the unstable of rotor system and combining with the control theory, a real- time control system is being developed, and its perform- ance is being evaluated. Then, vibration control strategy is investigated by simulation method. Re- suits indicate that vibration of rotor can be reduced by apply damping and cross - coupling stiffness. Because forces leading to the system unstable can be eliminated by applying cross - coupling stiffness directly,so this control strategy has a shorter ad- just time, less oscillation frequency and better sys- tem stability, at last, the fuzzy PID control algo- rithm, aiming to improve the level of the intelligent control system and reducing the energy consump- tion is studied.
