提出了一种基于X方向、Y方向的活塞杆轴心位置轨迹(Piston-Rod Axis Orbit)的故障诊断分析新方法,通过定义5种图形和6个特征参数来反映活塞杆的运行状态,解决了常规手段只能单一监测垂直方向位移的问题。通过仿真数据和故障数据分析,验证了活塞杆轴心位置图分析方法可以有效判断往复压缩机整个支承环的磨损方向和磨损程度,对于早期预警活塞组件、活塞杆运行状态十分有效。建立的理论方法可以早期、完整地发现往复压缩机活塞组件的潜在故障,定义的特征参数为早期预警和故障诊断专家系统规则量化提供了理论基础。
In this paper, a new method of fault diagnosis based on X and Y direction of the piston rod axis orbit is proposed firstly. The five graphs and six parameters were defined to reflect the operation state of the piston rod. Via this method, the traditional means limitation of only monitoring the single vertical displacement is solved. It has been verified the effectiveness of the piston rod axis orbit method by a set of simulation data and a fault instance. The method can analyze the direction and degree of the reciprocating compressor support ring wear, and provide an early warning of the piston components and piston rod running state. The established theory provides a theoretical basis for early warning and quantifying the fault diagnosis ex- pert system rule by defining feature parameters.
