振动系统中的阻尼通过机械能的耗散来体现,随着离心压缩机的高参数化,转子系统的阻尼的作用日益显著。近年来已经发生过多起由于转子系统的负阻尼而导致的故障甚至事故。相关研究人员正在做各种努力,就转子系统阻尼的分析计算精度、增强阻尼的方式以及阻尼实验测试进行研究。本论文结合API 617第八版(2014.09)对阻尼问题的描述,回顾和总结了离心压缩机振动阻尼的设计与测试方法的研究,并对未来的发展趋势进行展望。
Vibration damping in the system was embodied by the dissipation of mechanical energy. With the developing of high parameters of centrifugal compressor, the effect of rotor system damping becomes more and more obvious. Recently, malfunctions even accidents due to the negative damping of rotor system have occurred many times. Researchers are studying hard on the accuracy of analysis and calculation of damping, the enhanced way of damping and the identification of damping. This paper combined with the description of damping on the 8th edition ofAPI 617 (2014.09),reviewed and summarized the study on the theory and method of designing and testing of the centrifugal compressor vibration damping, and proposed the developing trends in the future.
