Three-dimension modeling of flow field in the molten pool of double-roller continuous casting strip was established at a common condition with the help of the ANSYS software, and the transient simulation of the wave-surface of the molten pool was visualized. Relationship of the average height of the contact-line between the wave surface and the roller on the position of the corresponding point has been derived, combined with the effect of the wave height in the zone of the end of the molten pool. A- nalysis of the value and tendency of the effect graph was conducted.
