Investigations were conducted on the soil rhizosphere microbes of two kinds of tea plant "white tea" and "Zhirenzao tea" under stress of aluminum and fluorine. Interactive effects of aluminum toxicity and fluorine were studied. The results showed that low concentration of aluminum and fluorine treatment had influence on them, and it also implied that there were significant differences between these two varieties tested. It indicated that low concentration of aluminum and fluorine exerted a positive effects on increasing of the population quantity of rhizosphere microbes significantly, such as bacteria, actinomycetes, it suggested that appropriate concentration of Al and F could promote the growth and propagation of these microbes above ; while high concentration of Al and F had a negative effects on them, except fungi. When treated with both highest concentration of Al and F, population quantities of these microbes above all were not as small as treated by separate highest concentration of Al or F each, but a little more, which indicated great significant interaction between aluminum and fluorine.
