高校军训(军事课)是一门特殊的实践课程,能有效提高大学生的国防观念和爱国主义精神,为国防建设培养后备人才。,本文就高校如何挖掘自身资源、创新军训模式、提高育人质量进行了探讨。建立国防生训练新生的军训模式,做到教官主体在学校,从而有效减轻对军队的依赖、保障教学秩序的稳定。该模式综合了部队帮训、基地驻训、校内自训(老生训练新生)等模式的优势,能最大程度激发参训新生的热情,展现出前所未有的教学互动。
University military training (Military Division) is a special practical courses, can effectively improve the students' sense of national defense and the spirit of patriotism, and to train the national defense construction.
