采用化学固沙方法,分别以水玻璃、氯化铝溶液作粘结剂和固化剂制备出高性能固沙材料。利用X射线衍射和红外光谱测试了胶黏剂的结构和组分,并分析了高性能固沙材料的形成机理。研究表明,水玻璃中的Si(OH)4与AlCl3反应生成了含有Si—O-Al键的非晶态铝硅酸盐聚合物,为固沙体力学性能的增强提供了重要作用。
Advanced performance sand stabilization material is prepared by method of chemical sand fixation, using water glass and aluminium chloride as agglomerant and curing agent,respectively. The structure and constituent of the adhesive are characterized by X-ray diffraction and infared spectroscopy, and a probable explanation of formation mechanism is analyzed for the high performance of sand stabilization material. It is concluded that the amorphous polyaluminosilicate containing Si-O-Al bonds which is synthesized by reaction between Si(OH)4 and AlCl3 play an important role in improving mechanical properties of the sand stabilization material.
