以石英砂为主要原料,采用添加造孔剂方法制备石英质多孔陶瓷。采用TG/DSC、XRD、SEM对样品进行晶相分析及微观形貌观察,探讨了膨润土含量对多孔陶瓷干坯强度、抗压强度、断裂强度的影响。结果表明,膨润土含量从0%增加到4%时,试样的千坯强度不断增大,烧结后样品的抗压强度和断裂强度不断增大,但当膨润土含量继续增加时,各性能变化不明显。
Porous ceramic is prepared by addition pore-forming material process with quartz sands as main materials. Microstructure and phase identification of porous ceramic are characterized by scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), X-ray Diffraction(XRD) and thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis curves(TG/DSC). The effect of bentonite dosage on the strength (green strength, compress strength, breaking strength) of porous ceramic is investigated. The results show that the green strength, the compress strength and breaking strength of porous ceramic increase with the increase of bentonite(0%-4%). However, the properties of porous ceramic remain unchange with the bentonite addition continuing to increase hereafter.
