2009年2,5,8和11月在胶州湾大沽河口潮滩3个站位采集沉积物柱状样,分析了间隙水PO4-P,NH4-N的垂直分布,并用原柱样静态实验测定了沉积物-水界面PO4-P4NH4-N的交换通量。结果表明,间隙水中PO4-P和NH4—N浓度变化范围相当,分别为0~0.049mmol/L和0~0.050mmol/L。间隙水中PO4-P浓度在冬季东潮滩和春季河口区较高;间隙水NH4-N浓度在春季河口区和秋季西潮滩较高。间隙水中PO。一P和NH。一N浓度在垂直方向上波动较大,随深度增大无确定变化趋势。沉积物~水界面PO。P和NH。N的交换通量的变化范围分别为~0.13~0.26mmol/(m。·d)和一0.90~0.15mmol/(m。·d)。另外,沉积物一水界面的P04一P和NH4一N交换通量在夏季很低。
Sediment cores were collected at three stations in the tidal flat of Daguhe Estuary in February, May, August and November, 2009. The vertical distributions of PO4-P and NH4-N in porewater were analyzed, and the PO4-P and NH4-N fluxes at the sediment-water interface were calculated with intact sediment core's incubation method. The results indicate that the variation ranges of PO4-P and NH4-N concentrations in the porewater are 0-0. 049 mmol/L and 0-0.050 mmol/L , respectively. The PO4-P concentration in the porewater is high at the eastern tidal flat in winter and at the river mouth in spring, and the NH4-N concentration is high at the river mouth in spring and at the western tidal flat in autumn. The PO4-P and NH4-N concentrations show significant vertical fluctuation, but they exhibited no regular distri bution patterns. The annual variation ranges of PO4 P and NH3 N fluxes were -0. 13 - 0. 26 mmol/ (m2 · d) and 0.90-0.15 mmol/(m2 · d), respectively. In addition, the PO4-P and NH4-N fluxes at the sediment-water interface are very low in summer.
