用"升索牌"牙鲆专用饵料作为残饵、以静水法培养法研究了氨氮在水-残饵界面的迁移速度.结果表明,在5,10,20和30℃时的迁移速度分别是0.289 8±0.057 2,R=-0.01 6±0.000 4t+0.285 5±0.030 2,0.269 1±0.149 0和0.241 5±0.080 5μmol.g-1.h-1.该残饵的鱼当量为0.04~0.54尾牙鲆.即对于牙鲆而言,如果投喂的饵料为"升索牌"饲料,那么残饵使养殖容量降低的比率为0.04~0.54(cmc-α),平均为0.23±0.14(cmc-α).
