二茂铁磁性高分子(OPM,主要成分:Cr配位1,1'-二甲酰二茂铁1,8-萘二胺缩聚物)作为一类新型的功能高分子,表现出许多独特的电磁特性,但在某些苛刻条件下仍难以获得很好的应用.利用非平衡等离子体超常的化学行为,以低温空气等离子体对OPM进行表面修饰;红外数据显示经过改性后的OPM结构发生了变化,其高分子链上引入了—COOH、—OH、—NH2等基团,而这些极性基团的引入又导致其介电常数值也增大;同时,这些极性基团还能引起表面Fe离子环境的晶体电场变化,进而对其磁参数产生了影响,改性后的OPM饱和磁化强度有所降低,而其剩磁及矫顽力却又一定程度的增加.可见,经过非平衡等离子体改性后的OPM其电磁参数可进一步调整,可在某些特定的场合获得应用.
Ferrocene magnetic polymer(OPM) is a new kind of functional polymer material.It shows many special electromagnetic properties,however,which can't be applied in many aspects under some stern conditions.By means of the extraordinary chemical behavour of non-equilibrium plasma,the surface modifiation is performed on OPM with lower temperature air plasma.IR data show that the structure of modified OPM has changed.Some groups,such as —OH,—COOH,—NH2 are inducted into the polymer chain,which results in some changes of OPM's properties,for example,increase of dielectric constant,variation of crystal electric field and other magnetic parameters.For modified OPM,its saturated magnetization decreases,while its remnant magnetism and magnetic coercive force increase repectively,which may be applied in some special aspects.
