研究了二乙烯基苯交联聚苯乙烯(Dvb-pst)与金红石复合物在100~1800MHz的微波频段下对不同金红石含量复合物介电参数(ε′-ε″)的影响,结果表明,在300MHZ以下,复合物介电参数基本与频率无关,仅随金红石含量而增加,但在500MHZ以上的频段,复合物的介电常数随频率迅速增大,而介电损耗基本不变。用IR、XPS及SEM对复合物进行表征表明,Dvb-pst与金红石的复合并非简单的物理混合,而是由Dvb-pst中的苯环和侧链上的碳与金红石中的-Ti-O生成两相界面间的六元环,从而降低了复合物的表面活化能,并产生较弱的界面极化作用,解释了复合物的介电常数随频率增加而介电损耗变化不大的原因,为研制新型的功能复合材料奠定理论基础。
We present a study on effects of different contents of futile on dielectric parameters for diviny/benzene erosslinked polystyrene (Dvb-pst)/rutile composite under application frequency 100 - 1800MHz. The results showed that their dielectric parameters were basically unchanged and were only related to the contents of futile under frequency 300MHz,but the dielectric constants of composites were remarkably raised and their dielectric loss were unchanged with frequency above 500MHz. The structure of composites were characterized by IR,XPS and SEM, the resuts showed that the composites were not the simple physical mixture,the six-ring between the two phases were from -Ti-O- of futile and carbon of benzene-ring and branched chain of Dvb-pst,thus,reducing surface activation energy of composites and causing weaker interracial polarization. It has explained why the dielectric constant is increased with frequency while the electric loss is basically unchanged,which laid theoretical foundation to develop the new functional composites.
