制备了一类未见报道的二茂铁有机磁体/陶瓷(简称OPM/CM)缩波磁性材料,用相位延迟法测定了材料的缩波因子,研究了OPM/CM中组分含量与缩波因子的关系。结果表明:当OPM/CM缩波磁性材料中OPM含量约60%时,缩波因子达到最大值(5.5),与国内外介质基材比较,OPN/CM缩波磁性材料有良好的缩波功能及驻波比(VSWR)。因此,可用最简单的结构设计,实现微带天线高增益、低频化、小型化和宽带化,在军工和高科技产品的小型化、轻量化和多功能化上起重要作用。
A novel as yet unreported compactwave magnetic materials, ferrocenyl organic magnet/ceramics (ie. OPM/ CM) were developed. The compactwave factors of material were measured by phase delay method. The relationship between the compactwave factor and content in OPM/CM were studied. The results indicate that the compactwave factor is up to peak value(5.5 ) as the OPM content about 60% in OPM/CM. Comparing with the normal dielectric substrate, at home and abrond, the compactwave functional factor and voltage standing-wave ratio(VSWR) for OPM/CM are much better. The high gain,low frequency and miniature as well as wide-band of microstrip antenna were obtaimed by simple structural design. Therefore, the novel organic magnet compactwave magnetic materials have very importance developed value in small-size, light and multifuncfion of microstrip antenna for minitary industries and high-tech products.
