The ferrocenyl acylhydrazone type coordinated metal polymeric absorbent (OPA-M) was synthesized. It was shown that its the largest reflective loss(R) is --15dB(6.9GHz) and the frequency wide is 4.2GHz(5.8- 10GHz,R〉-10dB), when the substitutent is biphenyl growp and the coordinated metal is manganese in OPA- M. On the other hand, the largest reflective loss is --18dB (8.5GHz) and its frequency wide is 6.0GHz (5.5- 11.5GHz, R 〉-10dB) of the OPA-M composited absorbent with 3%carbon fiber, but their specific gravity is only 2.2. However, the new-generation polymeric magnetic absorbent will have important value in theory and military industry.
