针对流程行业的特点及其在物料清单集成管理方面的需求,在分析流程行业物料清单多视图形态及映射逻辑关系的基础上,提出了基于批次的物料清单多视图转换映射方法。通过将物料批次与产品类型、应用域和生命周期相关联,定义了继承单元、替代单元、衍生单元和聚合单元及其转换映射函数。通过辨识物料清单多视图的批次属性特征,提出了物料清单多视图间的结构转换和数据映射算法,实现了物料清单多视图的转换映射,并通过企业的实际应用进行了可行性和有效性验证,进而建立起面向流程行业的物料清单多视图集成应用模型。
Aiming at process industry characteristics and its Bill of Material(BOM) integration management requirements,on basis of analyzing the multi-form and mapping logic relationships of multi-view BOM,a batch-based approach for multi-view BOM transformation mapping was presented.By associating batches,product type,application domain and product lifecycle,successive cells,substitutable cells,derivate cells,aggregating cells and the relevant transformation mapping functions were defined.By identifying the batch-mapping characteristics of BOM,algorithms for multi-view BOM structure transformation and data mapping were put forward.And transformation mapping for multi-view BOM was realized.The BOM transformation mapping model was proved to be feasible and effective by its application in enterprise.Thereby,the multi-view BOM integrated application model was set up for process industry.
