The flaw of housing security function of current rural housing system mainly embodies in following aspects. The housing problem of rural poverty cannot be effectively solved. Sustainable housing land supply suffers shock. Living quality cannot be guaranteed. The housing payment quality of migrant workers suffers damages. The differences between rural and urban housing security exist in the form of security and security object. Based on the analysis of type classification and demand characteristics of rural housing security object, constructing the rural housing security system should embark on constructing the perfect housing security product system, reforming the current rural housing system, financing housing guarantee fund in a multi-channel way and establishing the mechanism connected with the urban housing security system.
