Based on multi-participators by game theory, this paper discussed the internal mechanism of the interaction between commercial housing and affordable housing. The results show that： the housing market presence under different conditions of various stakeholders in different game equilibrium; exist ＂ prices caused＂ between the commercial housing and affordable housing, ＂the stock filter＂ and other interactions; follow the filter housing law, establish an interactive mechanism for discrete operation under the housing market more effectively.
