以政治晋升为研究视角,对薪酬激励、声誉激励以及内部晋升激励机制进行了回顾与分析,提出了基于组织外部政治晋升视角的国有企业高管激励的整合模型,比较了组织内部晋升激励与外部政治晋升激励的区别,并给出了研究展望。
Based on the political promotion,executive compensation,reputation incentive and promotion incentive in organization were analyzed in this paper. It proposed an integrated model of executive incentive based on the political promotion outside the organization of state-owned enterprises,compared promotion incentive in organization to political promotion incentives outside the organization,and pointed out the direction about it for future research.
