This paper concluded the impact factors of effective supply about China＇s oil, coal, natural gas and other non - regeneration energy, and established a quota system to analyzing the combined effecting factors of effective supply for China＇s non - regeneration energy by using factor analysis. And then, after assessing the level of effective supply of China＇s non - regeneration energy, the paper emphasized two main issues about the effective supply of Non - regeneration energy for China, which is establishing of a market - oriented non - regeneration energy effective supply systems, attaching the importance to the technology advancement and ensuring the sustainability of non - regeneration energy production in an important position in China＇s energy strategy.
