为了提高锂离子电池组的可用容量,降低电池组中单体电池问容量不一致的影响,在专用电池管理芯片BQ76PL536A—Q1和单片机MSP430F5529的基础上,设计稳定运行的锂离子电池组均衡系统。利用模块化思想将锂离子电池组均衡系统分为采集板和核心板两大部分。通过实时监测锂离子电池组的放电和均衡过程,对均衡系统的电压采集精度、电压监测和均衡功能进行验证。试验结果表明,锂离子电池组均衡系统能够降低电池组中容量不一致的程度,确保电池组稳定工作。
In order to increase the available capacity of the lithium-ion battery series and reduce the impact of capacity inconsistency among single batteries of the battery series, the stable equalization system of lithium-ion battery series is designed based on a special battery management chip BQ76PL536A-Q1 and MSP430F5529 mierocontroller. The modular idea is used to divide the equalization system of the lithium-ion battery series into two parts : the collection board and the core board. By the real-time monitoring of the processes of discharge and equalization of the lithium-ion battery series, the voltage acquisition precision, voltage monitoring and balance function of the equalization system are verified. The test results show that the equalization system of the lithium- ion battery series can reduce its capacity inconsistency and ensure the stable operation of the battery series.
