This article is a case study on one of the innovative technology transfer service model. Taking Italian Innova group as an example, the article first illustrates the model＇s characteristics： full process service and value adding. Then, it uses the transaction cost theory to explain the model＇s mechanism and explore its promoting significance. Finally, several important suggestions are given to Chinese counterparts, focusing on business management in particular.
