At present, there are many issues in young teachers＇ special evalualion system of our country＇s universities. Moreover, there is no special evaluation system for young teachers, which restricts the development of young teachers in colleges, and effects the improvement of education quality. The scientific and reasonable evaluation system for young teachers should he introduced by Marxist theory of human＇s comprehensive development so as to achieve the target for the young teachers to give full scope to the talents. Thus, we should stick to the design standard of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Evaluation indicators include working attitude, teaching, scientific research and social work.
