当前高校的教师评价体系存在诸多弊端,且未有青年教师专项评价体系,这些都制约着青年教师的发展,影响高校教育教学质量的提高。科学、合理的高校青年教师评价体系应以马克思主义关于人的全面发展理论为指导,以实现青年教师人尽其才为目的,坚持以定性和定量相结合为原则,设定工作态度、教学、科研、社会服务等为具体评价指标。
At present, there are many issues in young teachers' special evalualion system of our country's universities. Moreover, there is no special evaluation system for young teachers, which restricts the development of young teachers in colleges, and effects the improvement of education quality. The scientific and reasonable evaluation system for young teachers should he introduced by Marxist theory of human's comprehensive development so as to achieve the target for the young teachers to give full scope to the talents. Thus, we should stick to the design standard of the qualitative and quantitative evaluation. Evaluation indicators include working attitude, teaching, scientific research and social work.
