采用荧光标记法制作蕨麻(Potentilla anserina L.)染色体标本,通过体细胞染色体计数确定其染色体数目为42条。核型分析表明,蕨麻染色体总长度为100.04μm,全组染色体平均长度16.67μm,其核型公式为K(2 n)=42=13 sm+29 m。染色体绝对长度变异范围为2.02-4.38μm;最长染色体与最短染色体比为2.17∶1,臂比的变异范围为1.20-2.04,臂比大于2的染色体占全组染色体的2.38%,属于2B类型,比较对称,为小型染色体。试验将对蕨麻的起源、系统演化及品种改良等提供细胞遗传学依据。
Juema(Potentilla anserina L.)chromosome samples were manufactured by using fluorimetric method.The number of P.anserina L.chromosomes was 42 via counting chromosome of somatic cell.The results of karyotype analysis showed that the total length of chromosomes was 100.04 μm,with the average length of every chromosome of 16.67 μm.Its karyotype formula was K(2 n)=42=13 sm+29 m.The absolute length of chromosome variation was ranged from 2.02~4.38 μm.The ratio of the longest chromosome and the shortest chromosome was 2.17∶1.The variation of arm ratio was ranged from 1.20~2.04.Chromosomes with the ratio of arm longer than 2 occupied 2.38% of the whole chromosome,belonging to 2B type.The study would provide the basis for cell genetics of plant origin,phylogenetic evolution and variety modification of P.anserina L..
