用原子吸收法、高效液相色谱法和化学常规方法测定蕨麻(Potentilla anserina L.)不同形状块根中的有效成分。结果表明,蕨麻各不同形状的块根中营养成分均丰富、齐全,其中粗蛋白质含量为11.80%,总糖26.64%,粗脂肪1.17%,主要含VK、VC、VE等维生素和18种氨基酸;球状块根中淀粉、多糖等含量较高,分别为22.50%、9.82%,适口性好,可用于开发食用产品;棒状块根中活性成分含量明显较高,其中总黄酮、鞣质含量分别为4.67%、2.75%,可用于开发药用及保健品。
The active ingredients of different form tuberous root of Potentilla anserine L.were determined by atomic absorption,high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) and chemical conventional method.Results showed that nutrients in the different shapes of P.anserine L.roots were rich and complete,with 11.80% protein,26.64% total sugar,1.17% fat mainly containing VK,VC,VE and other vitamins and 18 kinds of amino acids.In globular and rod roots of P.anserine L.,the content of starch and polysaccharide were 22.50% and 9.82%,respectively.Rod-shaped tuberous root of Potentilla anserine L.had higher active ingredient content.Contents of flavonoids,tannins were 4.67% and 2.75%,respectively.It could be used in developing medicinal and health care products.
