英文摘要：

The active ingredients of different form tuberous root of Potentilla anserine L.were determined by atomic absorption,high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） and chemical conventional method.Results showed that nutrients in the different shapes of P.anserine L.roots were rich and complete,with 11.80% protein,26.64% total sugar,1.17% fat mainly containing VK,VC,VE and other vitamins and 18 kinds of amino acids.In globular and rod roots of P.anserine L.,the content of starch and polysaccharide were 22.50% and 9.82%,respectively.Rod-shaped tuberous root of Potentilla anserine L.had higher active ingredient content.Contents of flavonoids,tannins were 4.67% and 2.75%,respectively.It could be used in developing medicinal and health care products.
