Bud regeneration and growth vigour on stem apex culture of P. anserina from different elevation was investigated. The results showed the optimum growth regulators combination for the bud regeneration were NAA 0. 5 mg/L and BA 1.0 mg/L for P. anserina from lower elevation, NAA 0. 5 mg/L and BA 0. 5 mg/L for it from higher elevation and NAA 0. 5 mg/L and KT 1.0 mg/L for it from middling elevation. From the perspective of growth vigour, their growth were vigorous and not remarkable discrepancy.
