以Cd(NO3)2·4H2O和NaVO3为原料,采用水热合成法,通过控制乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)的用量,在pH=7、180℃下,合成了球形Cd2V2O7:Eu3+。通过X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)及荧光光谱(PL)对产物微观结构以及光学性质进行了表征,探讨了EDTA与Cd2+的摩尔比对Cd2V2O7:Eu3+形貌及发光性能的影响。结果表明,EDTA添加量对产物的形貌及发光性能起到重要影响,当n(EDTA)/n(Cd2+)=1:4时,水热体系下合成的球形Cd2V2O7:0.8%Eu3+纳米晶颗粒均匀,在398nm光激发下,产物具有良好的荧光性能,其发射主峰位于612nm处。
Using Cd(NO3)2·4H2O and NaVO3as raw materials,spherical Cd2V2O7:Eu3+nanocrystals were synthesized by adjusting the amount of EDTA at pH=7and t=180℃via the hydrothermal method.The microstructure and optical properties of the product were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),and photoluminescence(PL).The effect of the mole ratio of EDTA/Cd2+was discussed on the preparation and luminescent property of Cd2V2O7:Eu3+microspheres.The results show that the adding amount of EDTA plays an important influence on the morphology and luminescence of the product.When the mole ratio of n(EDTA)/n(Cd2+)is1:4,the spherical Cd2V2O7:0.8%Eu3+nanocrystals obtained via a hydrothermal process are uniform in size.The product exhibites excellent luminescent property under the excitation of398nm.The most intense emission is observed around612nm.
