In order to improve the efficiency of Boundary-Scan testing ,a Boundary-Scan testing system based on the embedded database SQLite is designed . In this Paper , the embedded database SQLite and the Boundary-Scan principle are introduced ,and the software function module design of Boundary-Scan testing and the processing method of testing data are also elaborated .Experimental results have proved that the embedded database SQLite solved the data management problem that exists in the Boundary-Scan testing system ,improved the efficiency of data access and saved the processing resources , reduce the cost of the system . The system has a good application prospect .
