The dynamic resource scheduling of cloud manufacturing environment is one of the key technologies in the cloud manufac-turing .According to the characteristics of manufacturing resource scheduling and the existing problems in the cloud manufacturing , a dynamic load balancing scheduling strategy based on resources is put forward ,a model whose optimization objective is to minimize the total service cost of completing the task is set up .Then ,the practical application process of the system is illustrated by establis-hing the application example .
