菌根真菌与植物有益微生物尤其是高效解磷钾细菌互作对植物的促生效应一直是复合菌肥研发所关注的焦点。以褐环乳牛肝菌(Suillus luteus;SP8)、胶质芽孢杆菌(Bacillus mucilaginosus;K2)和荧光假单胞菌(Pseudomonas fluorescens;P15)为研究对象,分别制备3种单菌液体菌剂(SP8、P15、K2)和3种复合液体菌剂(SP8/P15,SP8/K2,SP8/P15/K2)。将单菌液体菌剂和3种复合液体菌剂对樟子松幼苗施用后,测定其对苗木的生长及针叶氮、磷、钾含量的变化。结果表明,P15,K2和SP8的3菌复合液体菌液SP8/P15/K2对樟子松幼苗的促生及针叶氮、磷、钾含量的变化最大,SP8/P15,SP8/K2菌剂次之;提高了植株对养分氮、磷、钾的吸收。
Interaction between Mycorrhizal fungi and plant beneficial microorganisms, especially the high effective phosphate/potassium-solubilizing bacteria are the focus of research biofertilizer. In this paper,Suillus luteus(SP8),Bacillus mucilaginosus(K2) and Pseudomonas fluorescens(P15) are prepared in three kinds of liquid agents(SP8,P15,K2)and three kinds of complex liquid agents(SP8/P15,SP8/K2,SP8/P15/K2). Pinus sylvestris var. mongolica are inoculated with different types of liquid agent SP8,P15 and K2 and their mixture SP8/P15,SP8/K2 and SP8/ P15/ K2. The growth and the NPK contents of leaves of seedlings are determined. The results show that the mixed liquid agent comprised of SP8,P15and K2 greatly promotes the seedlings growth and the N,P,K contents of leaves,SP8/P15,SP8/K2 agents followed,with increasing the absorption of nutrients N,P,K of plant.
