为了探讨碱性pH值和盐浓度对褐环乳牛肝菌[Suillus luteus(L.:Fr)Gray]生长的影响,用纯培养的方法在碱性pH值和盐浓度胁迫下褐环乳牛肝菌在固体培养基中菌斑的生长情况,测定了褐环乳牛肝菌不同菌株的菌落生长情况和菌落生物量,结果表明:不同pH值和盐浓度对褐环乳牛肝菌的生长影响显著,在NaCl为0.1mol/L浓度下,褐环乳牛肝菌的菌丝生长速度和生物量积累均比对照略高,随着盐浓度的继续升高,褐环乳牛肝菌的生长开始受到明显抑制。褐环乳牛肝菌在pH为6.0时生长最好,随着pH值升高生长速度显著放慢,生物量积累下降。
This study deals with the colony expansion characteristic and biomass increment of the eetomycorrhizal fungi SuiUus luteus mycelia under treatment of different alkaline pH leves and concentrations of sodium salts by the mean of pure culture. The experimental results showed that the growth of S. luteus mycelia was significantly restrained under varies alkaline pH levels and different concentrations of sodium salts. Under 0.1 mol/L Nacl the growth rate and biomass increment of S. luteus were both slightly higher than the corresponding controls, but when the salt concentration increased the inhibition to the growth of S. luteus gradually increased. The optimal pH value for S. luteus to grow was 6.0 and as pH level increased, the growth rates of S. luteus and biomass increment were declined significantly.
