基于定量体视学的原理,应用数码相机和计算机图像处理软件(Image—ProPlus),采用图像处理法测得连续级配的混合骨料,碎石,破碎卵石3种骨料的比表面积并与试验裹浆法计算的比表面积对比。结果表明:3种骨料的等价椭圆长短轴之比的平均值为1.48,椭球模型和球模型的比表面积的平均偏差为2,8%;图像处理法与试验裹浆法的偏差较小,3种骨料的平均偏差仅为4.3%,可为骨料比表面积等几何特征参数的测量提供一种快速准确的方法。
Using the digital camera and the software (Image-Pro Plus)and based on the principles and applications of stereology,the specific surface area of the continuous gradation of mixture aggregate, gravel, broken pebble was measured in image process technique in contrast with the test method.The result shows that the average of axial ratio of equivalent ellipsoid of three kinds of aggregate is 1.48 and the average deviation of specific surface area of ellipsoid model and the ball model is 2.8% .The deviation between the two methods is small,for the average deviation is only 4.3%,which can provide a fast and accurate method for the measurement of specific surface area of aggregate and other geometrically parameters.
