目的：建立并临床应用连续性血液净化治疗数据库系统。方法：应用Microsoft Access 2003软件编写程序,确定数据库中数据表的字段名称、属性和内容,设计输入窗口和查询窗口,规定各级用户和组的数据库使用权限,设立数据输入员、数据核查员和系统管理员,进行数据库的调试和临床使用。结果：成功建立了连续性血液净化治疗数据库的数据表以保存数据。输入窗口分为3部分：患者信息和治疗方案、患者治疗过程中指标的变化、患者治疗前后指标的变化。查询窗口能按输入条件查询数据。医务人员实时输入82例次床旁血液净化治疗数据,平均每例次输入时间为15 min。结论：医务人员应用Microsoft Access程序软件可以独立建立连续性血液净化治疗数据库系统,该系统简便实用,易于维护。
英文摘要：
Objective： Independently construct and apply continuous blood purification computer database system to clinical work.Methods： Microsoft Access 2003 software was used to construct computer database system.Field name,property and content were defined in data table.Data input and inquire windows were designed respectively.Different users′ rights were identified.Database inputer,inspecter and administrator were confirmed.Then database system was debuged and applied.Results： Database system was constructed successfully.Inpute windows include three parts：patients′ information and treatment project,parameter changes before and after treatment,parameter changes during treatment.Data inquirement was finished by inputing inquired condition in inquire window.Treatment information of 82 cases within 1 month was inputed into database,and inputing 1 case′s information occupied 15 minutes.Conclusion： Physician can independently construct continuous blood purification computer database system,Its application is easy to master.This model of special medical database establishment deserves to be popularized.
