人力资源管理专业由于自身职业特点和社会实践岗位容量极其有限,特别是人力资源管理活动的情境涉及面广而复杂并且难以复制,难以在实验室环境中通过硬件进行模拟,也很难在社会中找到对口的实践岗位。通过“校企行政生”五方协作总结形成六大实训教学方法,在实训过程中采取实训课堂与现场课堂融会贯通的运作模式,再由“校企行政生”对实训教学成效进行全面考核验收,最终形成高职人力资源专业“校企行政生”五方共同体实训教学体系。
Due to its own professional feature and extremely limited social practice post capacity, Human Re- sources Management Program involves a wide range of human resource management activities, which are complex and hard to replicate, simulate via hardwares in the laboratory environment or find a closely related practical work post. The article develops six practical teaching methods through five-party community collaboration for College-enterprise Administrative Interns. The training class-scene class integration operation model is practiced in the training process before assessing practical teaching effects of College-enterprise Administrative Interns. As a result, a five-community practical teaching system for college-enterprise administrative interns in vocational colleges is developed.
