采用压力传感器对散装粮粮堆底部压力进行现场实测,研究了粮堆底部压力的分布规律,探讨了仓壁摩擦对粮堆底部压力的影响范围和影响程度,建立了粮堆底部压力与粮堆高度之间的关系。结果表明:当粮堆堆积高度较低时,底部压力较为均匀,随着堆积高度的增加,底部压力出现非均匀现象。底部压力不均匀程度随着粮堆高度的增加而增大。仓体中间位置的底部压力与粮堆高度之间始终近似呈线性关系,靠近仓壁位置的底部压力与粮堆高度之间的关系,在堆积高度较低时近似呈线性关系,在堆积高度较高时呈非线性关系。散粮在远离仓壁位置受到仓壁摩擦的影响较小,在靠近仓壁位置受到仓壁摩擦的影响较大。
The bottom pressure of a bulk grain pile was measured using pressure sensors in site. The pressure distribution at the bottom of the grain pile,the scope and value of wall friction influence on the bottom pressure of the grain pile and the relationship between the bottom pressure of grain pile and the stack height were investigated in the present study. The results showed that: when the height the grain pile was low,the bottom pressure was uniform. With the stack height increasing,the bottom pressure appeared nonuniform,and the nonuniform degree was also increased. The bottom pressure at the warehouse center always increased approximate linearly along the pile height. The bottom pressure near the wall increased approximate linearly along the pile height when the pile height was lower,and increased nonlinearly when the pile height was higher. The grain far away from the silo wall was slightly influenced by the wall friction,while the grain near the wall was greatly influenced by the wall friction.
