散粮堆底部压力实测研究

采用振弦式压力传感器对散粮堆底部压力进行现场实测研究,探索振弦式压力传感器用于粮堆介质压力测试的性能以及粮堆底部压力测试方法,重点研究了粮堆底部压力与粮堆高度之间的关系.试验结果表明:振弦式压力传感器可以用于粮堆底部压力的定性分析;在理想进粮工况下,单点粮堆底部压力与粮堆高度之间近似呈线性关系,但是同样粮堆高度下不同位置处的压力差异明显,粮堆底部压力分布整体上是非均匀的.

英文摘要:

Vibrating wire sensors were used to measure the base pressure of bulk grain pile in site to study the performance of the vibrating wire sensors applied in pressure measurement of grain pile medium as well as the base pressure measurement method of the grain pile;and the relation between the base pressure and the height of the grain pile was also studied. The results showed that the vibrating wire sensor could be used for qualitative analysis of the base pressure of grain pile;under an ideal loading condition, the base pressure and the bulk height at a single point had an approximately linear relation,but the grain bulk had different pressures at different positions ; and the base pressure of the ~rain pile was uniform on the whole.
