为进行立筒群仓结构的环境激励测试,以上海粮仓储备库及码头设施项目为工程背景,设计了2×3个单仓组成的群仓试验模型。通过对试验模型进行有限元模态分析,总结模型各阶振型的规律和特点。以优化测点数目为原则,结合模型的对称性,确定了模型的最优测点布置方案和传感器的测试方向。根据模型各阶振型特点,测试前对测点进行最优组合,从而确定测点分批测试方案。
In order to conduct ambient excitation test for group silos structures,the test model composed of 6( 2 × 3)silos was designed on the background of Shanghai Granary Grain Depots and Berthing Facility Project. Then,the model was analyzed by finite element method,and the rules and characteristics of vibration mode shapes were summarized. Taking the optimized number of measurement points as the principle and combined with the symmetry of the test model,the optimal arrangement scheme and the sensor orientation were determined. According to the feature of model vibration mode shapes,the optimum combination of measurement points was proposed before testing,thus,batch test schemes were determined.
