以不同月份采集的黑龙江省五大连池火山岩生长的香鳞毛蕨为试材,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定香鳞毛蕨中黄酮类物质芸香苷和槲皮素含量的动态变化。结果表明:2种成分均达到基线分离,芸香苷和槲皮素线性范围分别为0.033~0.167μg(r=0.9992)和0.0016~0.0096μg(r=0.9993),与峰面积呈现良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率分别为99.78%(RSD=1.69%)、99.10%(RSD=0.75%)。整株香鳞毛蕨中芸香苷含量最大值出现在9月份,槲皮素含量最大值出现在10月份,并且芸香苷的含量远高于槲皮素;香鳞毛蕨地上部分芸香苷与槲皮素含量远高于地下部分。该研究所建的测定方法快速、准确,并准确测定出了香鳞毛蕨中芸香苷和槲皮素含量的动态变化。
Taking Dryopteris fragrans that grew in Wudalianchi of Heilongjiang Province as materials,the content determination method of rudin and quercetin in Dryopteris fragrans by HPLC were determined.The results showed that the two compounds were basically isolated.Rudin and quercetin showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.033~0.167 μg(r=0.9992) and 0.0016~0.0096 μg(r=0.9993) respectively;The average recoveries were 99.78%(RSD=1.69%)and 99.10%(RSD=0.75%)respectively.The maximum content of rudin and quercetin in whole plant of Dryopteris fragrans appeared in September and October respectively,but the content of rudin was more than quercetin;The content of rudin and quercetin in overground part of Dryopteris fragrans was more than that in underground part.The method was rapid and precise,and the dynamic change of rutin and quercetin content could be measured accurately.
