英文摘要：
In the process of economic development, income distribution gap and inequality have become a worldwide problem, causing the widespread attention of people. In the initial distribution and redistribution of regulating income gap, Japan is a typical representative embodying the principle of equity and efficiency. This paper analyzes the current situation of Japan＇s income distribution gap and explores its basic experience of narrowing the gap as well as its insufficiency. What＇s more, it comes to some instructive conclusions and provides some lessons and useful references for China to learn in narrowing its income distribution gap.
