A thorough study on the evaluation system of opening economy has a very important significance in the expansion of the theory study on opening economy, evaluating a certain country or area＇ s economic openness, the government＇ s making scientific and rational policy on opening economy and promoting all-around improvements to China＇s opening economy. This paper makers a systematic review on the latest research progress of the connotation and measure standard of opening economy, the valuation indicators of opening economy and the valuation method of opening economy, and also, discusses prospects on the further study.
