为了研究中频真空电弧的阳极燃烧规律,利用CMOS高速摄像机,对可拆卸真空灭弧室中的纯铜平板触头之间的中频真空电弧进行拍摄,触头开距为8 mm,触头直径为28 mm,分别采集了不同电流频率以及不同电流峰值下的电弧图像。利用MATLAB图像处理技术对阳极触头的灰度分布、阳极高灰度值区域的持续时间以及运动规律等进行了分析处理。结果表明电流峰值大小对阳极灰度分布的影响要远大于电流频率;阳极高灰度值区域的持续时间占总半波燃弧时间百分比随电流频率的增加而下降,而随电流峰值的增加而增加;阳极高灰度值区域在电流上升阶段发生融合,在下降阶段发生收缩。
In order to study the anode combustion of intermediate-frequency vacuum arc, intermediate-frequency vacuum arc images are acquired in a detachable vacuum chamber applying CMOS high speed camera. The electrode is copper plat contacts with the gap 8 mm and the contact diameter 28 ram. The experiment is performed under the condition of different frequency and amplitude. The distribution of anode radiation intensity, the duration and movement of the anode high energy radiation area are analyzed and processed using MATLAB image processing technology. The results show that the influence of the current peak value on the distribution of anode radiation intensity is much greater than the frequency. The duration of anode high energy radiation area decreases with the frequency, but increases with the peak value of current. The anode high energy radiation area merge in the current rising stage, while shrink in the falling stage.
