阐述了相控切除并联电抗器的控制策略.以一种商用断路器作为代表,考虑开断过程中燃弧时间对控制效果的影响.采用电磁暂态仿真软件EMTP/ATP针对并联电抗器不同连接情况下的分闸策略进行仿真,验证了并联电抗器的最佳分闸策略.与此同时,提出并设计一种基于FPGA的并联电抗器相控分闸控制器.通过计算并配合高精度永磁操动机构控制断路器动作.搭建试验回路并完成了测试,结果表明系统能够正确、有效地发出符合要求的触发信号.
This paper described the principles of phase-controlled opening shunt reactors, choosing a kind ofcommercial circuit breaker as a representative to consider the effect of arcing time during the opening process. Thepaper also simulated optimal opening time to different cases of connection of shunt reactors with EMTP/ ATP and theresults prove the correctness of strategies. At the same time,a phase-controlled opening system based on FPGA wasproposed and designed,by calculating and controlling the action time of precise permanent magnetic actuator. Testwas executed using the experimental circuit,and the results show that the system can send trigger signals correctly.
