接地是电力建设的关键问题之一,关于电力系统的安全可靠运行。为了提高接地系统的性能,本文提出一种缓释型离子接地装置,通过内外两种降阻离子填料特性的协同,离子内填料主要用于降阻,外填料主要用于保持延缓内填料的消耗,进而延长接地装置的使用寿命。通过理论分析建立了接地电极接地电阻分析模型,分析得到了缓释型离子接地装置的结构参数,并设计了缓释型离子接地装置样机,重点对离子接地装置的不同配方、配比的内外填料对接地电阻的影响试验研究,得到了缓释型离子接地装置内填料和外填料的配方和配比。本文研究为优化缓释型离子接地装置的性能和使用寿命有着参考和指导意义。
Grounding system which regards the reliability and the safety of the power system is a key problem of the electric power construction. In order to improve the performan of the resistance reducing effect, the sustained release ion grounding device (SRIGD) which is composed of the internal filling and the external filling is proposed. The internal filling is used to release to the soil to gain the perfect grounding effect while the external filling is used to keep suspend the releasing of the internal filling to prolong the service life of grounding device. The grounding resistance model of the grounding electrode is established to analyze the construct and parameters of the SRIGD. The prototype of the SRIGD is designed according to the above analysis. The influence of the different external filling and internal filling on the grounding resistance is investigated. The optimal recipe and proportion is gained by contrast test from different resistance reducing agent. Tile paper supplies the base of the SRIGD optimization and provides the reference of the extending the life.
