针对现在光纤故障的测量中所存在的诸多困难,提出利用光时域反射计(OTDR)原理及其现如今已经比较成熟的全球卫星定位系统(GPS)来实现光纤故障点的卫星定位的方案,由可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现光时域故障点距离数据的采集,结合该距离数据及其较成熟的GPS定位技术,实现故障点定位。
The article propose a scheme which could locate the optical fiber fault via OTDR and GPS, the scheme use FPGA as the collector for the distance of optical fiber, and then make use of the distance informa- tion and GPS technology to locate the point of the optical fiber fault.
