设计了一款基于超外差技术的声表面波sAwRFID读卡器,其工作频率在915MHz。该读卡器不仅可以在金属物体、高温、强磁场干扰等恶劣环境中正常工作,而且在不增加任何传感器的情况下可以反映出物体的温度值。详细阐述了整个接收机的设计方案,给出了硬件模块的电路设计,并对镜像干扰及其抑制方法进行了研究。
The paper designs a 915 MHz SAW RFID reader based on superheterodyne technology. The reader can't only work properly in harsh environments of the metal objects,high temperatures,strong magnetic field interference and so on,but also it reflects external temperature without any sensor. This paper elaborates on the design of the whole receiver and introduces the circuit design of the hardware modules,and also researches on the interference of mirror and the method of suppression.
