采用离子交换法将不同含量的季鏻阳离子十二烷基三丁基溴化鏻(D)交换到钠基蛭石(Na-V)的层间得到改性蛭石(D-V),并对其结构和抗菌性能进行了表征。热重分析(TGA)结果表明D-V中D的热分解起始温度都大于240℃,具有良好的热稳定性。X射线衍射(XRD)发现D-V的层间距随着D含量的增加而增大。扫描电镜观察发现Na-V为片状结构,粒子之间相互缠绕在一起;而D-V的表面则显示出不规则的形状。随着D-V中D含量的增加,其抗菌活性逐渐增强,D含量为19.7%的D-V样品对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的最低抑菌浓度分别为720mg·mL-1和100mg·mL-1,显示出良好的抗菌效果。
Modified vermiculites(D-V)were prepared by introducing different content of quaternary phosphonium cation of Dodecyl tributyl phosphonium bromide(D)into sodium vermiculite(Na-V)through ion-exchange method,and the structure and antibacterial properties were characterizated.The results of TGA show that the onset temperatures of the decomposition for D in the D-V are all higher than 240℃,indicating preferable thermal stability.The XRD patterns display that the interlayer spacings of the D-V increases with the increase of the content of D.The SEM images show that Na-V displays flake shape with the particles adhered and interwinded each other,and the particles of the D-V are formed of irregular shapes.The antibacterial activity of the D-V increases with the increase of the content of D,and D-V containing 19.7% of D shows good antibacterial activity with the Minimal Inhibitory Concentrations against E.coli and S.aureus of 720mg·L-1 and 100mg·L-1,respectively.
